Terms of Service

By using this website or booking training services with Bark For Attention LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book services.

Sessions are scheduled through our online calendar or by direct arrangement. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us. Training plans are customized, and scope, session count, and pricing are agreed before training begins.

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as a completed session.
• We will give you the same courtesy: if we must reschedule, we will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available time.
• Sessions may be rescheduled for severe weather, illness, or safety concerns affecting you, your dog, or the trainer.

All clients must complete and sign a liability release and training agreement before hands-on training begins. Dog training involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury from any dog. You remain responsible for your dog's behavior at all times, including during and after sessions.

We do not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes. Results depend on your dog's individual temperament and history, and on consistent follow-through with the training plan at home.

Dogs must be in good health and current on vaccinations appropriate to their age as recommended by your veterinarian. Please tell us in advance about any bite history, illness, or injury. We are not veterinarians and do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Payment terms are agreed before training begins. Program fees are for the trainer's time, expertise, and planning, and are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

All content on this website — including text, training materials, guides, photos, video, and logos — is owned by Bark For Attention LLC and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission. Materials provided to clients are for personal use with your own dog.

Information on this site is provided for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for in-person professional guidance for your specific dog.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
