Scheduling and client management are handled by PupManager, our third-party client platform. Information you submit when booking or logging in is processed by PupManager so we can confirm and manage your appointments and training records.

• To answer questions and send information you requested
• To keep records of your dog's training plan and progress

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the business (such as our scheduling and email tools), or when required by law.
